The budget-friendly excursion makes stops in Sudbury Junction, Sioux Lookout, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Edmonton, Kamloops, and Jasper, and features breathtaking views of downtown Toronto, the country's prairie provinces, the Rocky Mountains, and Jasper National Park, according to National Geographic.
What's more, the journey features champagne toasts, delicious meals prepared daily, and is a strictly Wi-Fi-free experience, which makes it easy to unplug and relax. "It's traveling back through time almost," Francois Castonguay, a senior train service attendant told National Geographic. "It's the complete opposite of high-speed travel."
Travelers can choose from three levels of service: economy, sleeper, and prestige, and everyone can enjoy views from its scenic domed car. And if you really want to kick back and relax on this venture, you can opt for a sleeper cabin for two, starting at around $1,090.
