One half of HGTV's former "Flip or Flop" couple, Tarek El Moussa, recently moved into his own home after separating from his wife Christina over a year ago, and E! News got an exclusive look inside his bright-white beach house.

The multi-level home is tucked away in the gorgeous Newport Beach area. Inside you'll find crisp white walls, beautiful wood flooring and vaulted ceilings throughout. Marble countertops, white cabinets and stainless steel appliances add to the clean lines in the kitchen, which opens up into a spacious dining area and living room complete with modern grey furniture.

While El Moussa is newly single, the house is less of a bachelor pad, and caters more to his two children, Taylor, 6, and 1-year-old Brayden. There isn't much extraneous decor, but baby bottles, high chairs and toys are a few reminders of who really runs the house. "The kids use the house as a maze," El Moussa tells E! News. His daughter's room has two barely-used bunk beds, because she usually ends up sleeping with dad. The nursery continues the grey and white theme of the house, most notably with a plush rocking chair. In the master bedroom, the high ceiling is accented by exposed beams and a rustic chandelier with a cozy fireplace and flat screen TV.

The rooftop deck boasts bayside views of a marina where El Moussa docks his boat. He tells E! the name of his yacht used to be "Flip or Flop", before changing it to "Bad Decisions". "Apparently, I've made a couple," he said. "Christina laughed about it." The couple is no longer together, but El Moussa said they still care about each other and check in from time to time.
