Calling all avocado lovers (so... basically everyone, right?)! If you've ever dreamed of a one-stop shop for satisfying all your avo-cravings, today's your lucky day: An avocado bar is officially opening in Brooklyn, New York.

That's right: A place where you're not only allowed but encouraged to eat avocados all day every day is coming to Brooklyn's Sunset Park neighborhood. Every single item on the Avocaderia menu will feature a healthy dose of your favorite green fruit. So basically all our healthy-fat dreams are coming true.

It certainly is a dream come true for founder Francesco Brachetti, a Florence, Italy, native who fell in love with the little green fruit while living in Mexico, according to The New York Times. Once Brachetti came up with the idea for an avocado bar, he recruited his cousin and chef Alberto Gramini and friend Alessandro Biggi to help him get the place started — and now, as the Times puts it, Brooklyn officially "has it all."

Proclaimed the "world's first avocado bar" by its founders (though Food & Wine reports there's already an all-avocado restaurant in Amsterdam), Avocaderia will serve up to-go orders of avocado toasts, salads, bowls, and smoothies. They haven't set an exact opening date just yet (Avocaderia's website and social media accounts just promise that the bar will be open "soon"), but they have given us a sneak peek at their offerings via Instagram:

We're just. so. happy.

OK, so maybe an all-things-avocado bar is a little much, but we're open to any place that serves up a bunch of tasty MUFAs (monounsaturated fats). Besides, would you expect anything less from Brooklyn?
