If you're a Fixer Upper fan, you've definitely heard of Magnolia House, Chip and Joanna's vacation rental just outside of Waco, Texas, which is seemingly booked now through... oh, forever, it seems.

But if you're planning to make the pilgrimage to Waco in the latter half of 2016 and have your heart set on staying at Magnolia, you're in luck: Starting on February 15 at 7 p.m. CT, booking opens for July 2017 through December 2017. Finally!

If you want to reserve a stay, know that bookings go fast, so be ready to log on as soon as they open (seriously—create a calendar alert for yourself right now). According to the Magnolia House website, Chip and Joanna also have a few other booking tips they want folks to be aware of:

  • Magnolia House sleeps 8
  • 2017 check-in is unavailable on Sundays
  • There is a 2-night minimum on all Magnolia House reservations
  • Reservations can be made online only
  • When booking Magnolia House, you are reserving the entire house
