As you should already know, Election Day is Tuesday, November 8. Whether you're team Hillary or team Trump, the fate of America is in your hands. And as if there weren't already a million reasons to go out and vote, two of your favorite chains are giving away freebies to those who cast their ballot.
At Krispy Kreme, you can score a free donut—any kind you'd like!—if you vote. Just make sure you check the company's website to see the list of locations that aren't participating before you demand donuts on the house.
Great American Cookies is also jumping on the vote-and-you-shall-receive train as well, by offering a complimentary regular cookie in any flavor once you cast your ballot. All you have to do is flash your "I Voted" sticker.
"We can all agree that this election season has been anything but sweet and Great American Cookies wants to end it on a positive note for customers," the brand said in a press release. To get in on the deal, find a participating store near you.
So basically, do your part for society and get rewarded with a donut or cookie of your choice. Sounds like a win-win to me.
