There are few things better than free food, but as we all know, there's no such thing as a free lunch. Sometimes you have to post a winning photo to Instagram or simply have luck on your side to get that free grub. But fast-food chain Chick-fil-A likes to go a different route, all in the name of cows.
On July 12, Chick-fil-A is celebrating their 12th annual Cow Appreciation Day, in which their 2,000+ nationwide locations give free entrees to customers wearing cow attire.
Don't have a full-blown cow costume on hand? The good news is that the restaurants will honor any cow-like accessory. So throw on a cow-spotted party hat or glue black felt spots on a white T-shirt,and you'll get to eat for free at Chick-fil-A on Tuesday.
The event goes from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m, so breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are there for the taking. From burritos to sandwiches, there are over two dozen food items to pick from. (See the full list of entree items.) Little ones can pick from a special Kid's Meal menu, too!
Visit CowAppreciationDay.com for more details, and start prepping your cow outfit. Happy crafting (and eating)!
