It looks like we might be saying "goodbye" to those New Year's resolutions to give up coffee a bit sooner than expected now that Starbucks has a new addition. Just in time for the new year, the coffee shop announced today that it's rolling out a winter menu that includes several new items.
For the coffee lovers out there, there's the new Iced Shaken Hazelnut Oatmilk Espresso. The beverage, which will be joining the permanent menu, features Starbucks Blonde Espresso and hazelnut syrup, which is shaken and then topped with plant-based oatmilk.
And we hope you're hungry because Starbucks is introducing not one, but two new bakery items: Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes and Vanilla Bean Custard Danishes. And yes, we absolutely need both for that perfect mix of sweet and savory.
Described as "a comforting, high-protein breakfast on-the-go," the Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes are made using cage-free eggs, diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, spinach, and chives. And with its rich and creamy vanilla bean custard filling, the Vanilla Bean Custard Danish is ideal for those looking to satisfy their sweet tooth.
Starbucks' winter menu will also welcome the return of a fan favorite: pistachio! The sweet yet nutty flavor will be returning for a limited time courtesy of the Pistachio Latte and the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew.
