Dessert sushi rolls are not a new phenomenon, but sushi made out of doughnuts is really something else. As Viral Viral Videos points out, sushi chef Hiroyuki Terada's creation of a Dunkin' Donuts roll may be the first of its kind. When sliced into thin strips (after the jelly or cream is scooped out), doughnuts apparently make for good ingredients to form into a sushi roll. I don't know if it's the sound of the knife slicing through each doughnut or how dedicated the chef is for the challenge, I'm into it. Even if the guy behind the camera says, "This could really be called the diabetes roll."

The sweet stuff starts around the 3:30 mark.
