Cracker Barrel fans, listen up: The Tennessee-based Chicken n' Dumplins purveyor is launching a brand-new restaurant chain that's promising to put "a modern twist on your southern favorites."

The first location of Holler & Dash Biscuit House will open in Homewood, Alabama this spring, and the focus will be—you guessed it—biscuits.

While Cracker Barrel Old Country Store has yet to announce many details about its new venture, the concept will be fast-casual as opposed to dine-in—customers will order at a counter, then opt to stay and eat, or take their food to go.

Cracker Barrel has tapped Tennessee chefs Jason McConnell and Brandon Frohne to develop the Holler & Dash menu, according to The Tennessean.

According to Business Insider, the menu will include the "Chicken Holler," a sandwich with fried chicken, cheese, and pickles, and "The Jam," a biscuit with jam and chocolate smeared on it.

Right now, the restaurant is still under construction at 2801 18th St. S. in Homewood, and further expansion plans have not yet been announced—but we can't wait to get our hands on those biscuits!
