A fountain endlessly spewing our favorite wine or suds seems like a pipe dream, but in one town—quite possibly the best town in the world—it will soon be reality. In Zalec, Slovenia, a forthcoming public beer fountain will become the area's top tourist attraction. And for good reason.

Fox News reports that the project will cost about $400,000 and has been declared the first of its kind in Europe. It's also a very apt choice, as Zalec is known for its hops plantations. Here's how the boozy fountain will work: Pay six euros (about $7) and fill up a commemorative mug with a variety of local brews

The price tag gets you three 10-ounce servings, which is like scoring the Happy Hour lottery (read: buy one draft and get two free!?). And no, you can't just stick your face up to the fountain, though we'll be interested to see how many people try that stunt once the attraction opens.

In the proposed plans, it looks like there are multiple taps at different pouring stations, which means you could be able to pour some brewskis with your friends and then down them together in formation like true champions.

Zalec is a tiny town with a population of just 5,000. It's located about 35 miles northeast of the country's capital, Ljubjana. The town's mayor Janko Kos told the Slovenian news agency, Dnevnik: "It's true the fountain won't be cheap, but it's a development project, a tourism product." This is clearly a plan to bring in more visitors. And it's truly not a bad idea. Booze can be very, very motivating.
