UPDATE: June 2, 2017 at 9:26 a.m.

Listen up, students! The Max is finally hitting the road. Its first stop? Los Angeles.

After an entire year in Chicago's Wicker Park, the Saved By The Bell-themed pop-up is packing its back for the West Coast.

Right now, management won't give away the exact location or time that tickets go on sale. But we do know that Saved by the Max will take over an existing restaurant in L.A. Even though details are still a little scarce, Eater points out that bringing the diner to L.A. — AKA close to NBC headquarters — could push The Max to an entirely new level. So expect something even more over-the-top and stay tuned for more info as it becomes available.

"Our whole idea in putting this together was a nostalgia overload," co-founder Derek Berry said. "I hope we nailed it."

Yeah, we think it's safe to say you slayed the '90s game.

UPDATE: December 16, 2016 at 4:35 p.m.

Good news, everyone: The elusive single-city pop-up dedicated to Saved By The Bell will soon start touring the U.S. That means you can make all your AC Slater dreams come true and eat at the '80-tastic diner with all your BFFs.

In a video released by the restaurant, Mr. Belding explains that the pop-up will complete a second run, er, semester in Chicago with special guest appearances (Zach, is that you?!) After that, it will hit the road, taking suggestions from die-hard fans about where they should set up shop next.

If you live in Chicago, you can start making reservations on December 22. The price is $35 per person, which includes an appetizer, entree, dessert, and a soft drink. You can book for just yourself or up to eight friends. And while walk-ins are available, they'll likely be extremely limited so reservations are highly encouraged.

Who isn't a sucker for themed-restaurants? Whether it be Hello Kitty cafes, Breaking Bad coffee shops, or a Simpsons amusement park (complete with real Duff beer) there's something for literally everyone. And now that includes '90s sitcom fans: Chicagoist reports that [TIMEOUT] a Saved by the Bell-themed pop-up diner is well on its way to the Windy City.

Instead of being some kind of NBC produced cash hound, this pop-up is getting made by the fans and for the fans. At the diner—which is appropriately named "Saved by the Max" after the show's own Max Diner—you can expect to find character-themed dishes like AC Sliders, Preppy BLTs, Macaroni and Screech, Belding Fries, and a Lisa Turtle Milkshake, as well as "Bayside-inspired booze", trivia nights, and dance parties. Um, yes please.

If that weren't enough, the diner will also host a daily costume contest with a grand prize of $100. Looks like it's time to hit up a thrift store for that vintage gear. That is, if you don't already own a teal, patterned button up.

According to the pop-up's Facebook page, the diner is set to debut on June 1. That may seem far off, but gives those of us who aren't lucky enough to live in Chicago enough time to plan a trip. Now let's just hope that Tiffani Thiessen makes an appearance.
