Molten chocolate cakes may be old news — they became a hit in 1991, when Jean-Georges Vongreichten added it to his menu, sparking a chain reaction that made them the gooey dessert of choice everywhere, from Applebee's to Carnival cruise line buffets. But if you thought they're totally over, you're so wrong. (Carnival reps report it's the most popular dessert on its ships.) Even Starbucks is getting on board, bringing back three molten chocolate-inspired drinks for one week only.

The chain introduced the drinks – a Frappuccino, latte, and hot chocolate — just before Valentine's Day last year, and they were such a hit the brand brought them back, offering them first in its U.K. stores and now in the U.S. You can only snag the drink Stateside from Tuesday, Feb. 7 through Tuesday, Feb. 14. (In the United Kingdom, you can snag a cup from Feb. 10 through V-Day.) To get a full breakdown of what's in each drink, read on.

This morning Starbucks decided to infinitely improve everyone's Monday by unleashing three brand new drinks—all inspired by the deliciously gooey molten center chocolate cake you can't help but order at any and every restaurant that bakes one. Because melted chocolate.

The three newbies are the Molten Chocolate Latte, Molten Chocolate Frappuccino, and the Molten Hot Chocolate.

Here's how they're each made: The Molten Chocolate Latte starts with melted chocolate chips stirred into espresso before getting topped with steamed milk and a swirl of bittersweet mocha sauce. Then it's finished with a special mocha-and-espresso–infused whipped cream and an espresso-mocha sauce drizzle. Plus you can order it either hot and iced.

The·Molten Chocolate Frappuccino is coffee mixed with rich mocha sauce and chocolate chips— all blended with milk and ice. But it's not complete until given that special mocha-and-espresso–infused whipped cream and espresso-mocha drizzle.

Then there's the·Molten Hot Chocolate, which combines bittersweet mocha sauce and chocolate chips melted into steamed milk so that it's super smooth, rich, and creamy. If you're smart you'll ask for extra mocha-and-espresso–infused whipped cream (seriously, can we take some of that whip home?!) and the espresso-mocha drizzle, too.
