If there's one word to describe the Super Bowl this year, it's golden. It's the Golden Anniversary and it takes place in the Golden State, so Pizza Hut decided to go hard on the whole gold theme by making a golden pizza. Oh yeah, you absolutely read that right.

If you thought the garlic knot and tater tot crust pizzas were 50 shades of pizza cray, then just you wait until you hear about their newest creation. Leave it up to Pizza Hut to take everything to the next-level. The Garlic Golden Knots Pizza is kicking off Super Bowl week, launching on Monday, February 1, and it's basically as over-the-top extravagant as one would expect a gilded pizza to be.

The golden pizza is garnished with more than $100 worth of edible 24-karat gold (because they're so ~fancy~), and if you place your order for the regular Stuffed Garlic Knots Pizza on Super Bowl Sunday, you'll have a chance to win one of the 50 limited edition golden pizzas. Which might even be better than your team winning the Super Bowl.

Quick question, but does the gold affect the taste of the garlic? Just wondering....
