Stories about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s budding romance have been inescapable recently. Rumors starting popping up a few weeks ago, but it all came to a head last weekend when the musician went to Arrowhead Stadium to watch the Chiefs-Bears game.
Virtually every aspect of the event has been covered in the news: leaked photos of the pair at an afterparty, Taylor chatting with Travis’s mom in the box, and even security camera footage of Taylor leaving Travis’s Kansas City mansion before the game. But few stories about Taylor and Travis have been iconic as a photo posted on a Swiftie fan account.
User @tswifterastour on X, formerly known as Twitter, shared a photo of the singer posing with a fan. But the account was more focused on what Taylor was eating: a chicken tender with ketchup and “seemingly ranch.”
The internet went wild over this post, with tens of thousands of likes and countless replies commenting on Taylor’s game-time snack. And now, Heinz is getting in on the joke.
The condiment company announced that they will be releasing limited-edition bottles of Ketchup and Seemingly Ranch. Heinz revealed to CNN that they’ll be releasing only 100 bottles of the sauce.
The combination of ketchup and ranch dressing isn’t a new offering for the brand, however. Heinz has been selling their own version, dubbed Kranch, since 2019. But this limited-edition version was made specifically for Swifties.
There are no details yet about how to get your hands on a bottle, but Heinz did reveal that they’re planning to host a giveaway to a lucky fan through their Instagram account.
The ketchup and seemingly ranch joke seems like it's far from over. Several fast food brands, like Arby's and KFC, have posted their own takes about it online. Even the Empire State Building was lit up with red and white lights in honor of Taylor's snack.
