The race to pumpkin spice season just got another contender it's a major fan favorite. Dunkin' has announced that its fall menu is available nationwide starting today. For those counting, that's a day earlier than the release of last year's lineup.

The pumpkin-heavy collection is brimming with returning favorites, including the Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte. A go-to option for lovers of infinity scarves, Uggs, and falling leaves, the Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte is blended with rich espresso and milk, then topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and a dusting of cinnamon sugar.

Another returning beverage is the Nutty Pumpkin Coffee, a drink that offers just a touch of hazelnut. You can also customize your preferred drink with Dunkin's Pumpkin Swirl. Noticeably missing from this year's fall menu is the pumpkin cream cold foam.

“Every year, we can practically feel the buzz around our pumpkin lineup,” said Jill McVicar Nelson, Chief Marketing Officer at Dunkin’, in a statement. “It’s truly amazing to see our fans light up for this cherished flavor. Catching their excitement both on social media and in our restaurants underscores how much Dunkin’ and the fall season go hand in hand."

In addition to the fall drinks, you can find pumpkin-flavored baked goods and Maple Sugar Bacon. And again this year, Goldfish Dunkin' Pumpkin Spice Grahams will be available in grocery stores for a limited time starting September 1.

Given that Dunkin's fall menu is released earlier and earlier each year, PSL aficionados found themselves defending the early release on Dunkin's most recent social media post.

"All these people saying 'ahh it’s too warm out for that' your bloodline is weak and you won’t last the winter," commented one person on Dunkin's Instagram post.

"This is the greatest single day of my life. Thank you @dunkin for your heroism and undying commitment to flavor," another enthusiastic user added.

What about you? Do you think Dunkin' released its fall menu too early?
