We didn't think it was possible, but the 2023 pumpkin spice season is already on track to outdo every previous year. It's only August and you can already grab a PSL and pumpkin-spice donuts at Krispy Kreme. And now there are rumors that a Pumpkin Spice Frosty will be coming to Wendy's soon.

Whispers of a Pumpkin Spice Frosty first surfaced on a Reddit thread titled "New frosty flavor coming soon." A person claiming to be a Wendy's employee revealed that not only will they roll out the new Frosty, there will also be pumpkin spice hot coffee and cold brew options available.

"Just got told by my GM today that we are getting Pumpkin Spice for the fall frosty. Also for the coffee, but didn't clarify if for the hot coffee or cold brew," they revealed.

There was a great deal of excitement in the comments, with one person declaring, "I really want to believe you right now."

"Please tell me this is in the U.S. PLEASE," someone else commented.

Others were somewhat confused due to an earlier rumor that suggested that the upcoming fall Frosty at Wendy's would be a caramel apple flavor. It's a rumor the popular Instagram account @snackolator initially shared as well.

"There have been a few stores reporting they were getting Caramel Apple Frostys this fall... can anyone confirm this is US and if so I am assuming the earlier reporting was incorrect?" one user asked.

Just think about how great dipping fries into a Pumpkin Spice Frosty would be. Hopefully we'll get to find out.
