Three weeks ago we thought that Hai Street Kitchen's sushi burrito, or sushirito if you will, was our favorite food mash-up of all time—ranking well above the cheesecakeadillas, quarter yolkers, and crogels of the world. That is, until we read about a new roll tortilla over at Komodo in L.A. that puts the spotlight on, of all things, ramen.

Stuffing the Southeast Asian noodles into a jumbo flour tortilla alongside steak, eggs, and scallions, chef Erwin Tjahyadi has totally reinvented both the Mexican dish and Japanese soup. His creation is named the Indomie Burrito, after the most popular noodle brand in Indonesia. However, this concept isn't new to the madcap cook, who turned the traditional Vietnamese soup, pho, into a burrito—er, we mean "phorito"—by rolling rice noodles, thinly sliced beef, bean sprouts, and basil inside a tortilla last December.

According to Los Angeles Magazine, the insane mash-up will only be available at the restaurant's two locations (in Pico and Venice) through November 15, which means you've gotta book a flight now or have an Angelino overnight you a shipment.
