If you've ever caught me out on the town with a bar bill consisting largely of pickleback shots, it's because, ICYMI, pickle juice is a hangover aid that restores the electrolytes you lose from liquor. Thus, the two cancel each other out, or at least that's how math works in my brain.

Now there's a new briney canned beverage on the market that will simultaneously assist your buzz and tomorrow's hangover. Influencers Ben Soffer, Claudia Oshry, and Jackie Oshry—a.k.a. the trio behind @boywithnojob, @girlwithnojob, and @jackieoshry that has a collective 5 million followers—just dropped a pickle version of their hit canned cocktail.

Now read that again. The wine-based cocktail company, Spritz Society, is teaming up with famed pickle purveyor Claussen for a canned cocktail. If it sounds like a joke, that's probably because the idea was born out of just that: a literal April Fool's joke.

Only now, a joke it is not.

"Claussen® is thrilled to enter the beverage space for the first time and bring our dill-icious pickle flavor to a sparkling wine cocktail," Brand Manager at Claussen Lizzy Goodman said of the partnership. "With pickle being such a craveable food, we are excited to hear the response from our pickle lovers and think everyone will be pleasantly surprised by the unique, refreshing taste of a pickle-flavored sparkling wine cocktail."

The Spritz Society Pickle by Claussen wine cocktails hit online stores on July 18 and cost $50 for two four-packs.

"At Spritz Society, our community is one of the most important elements of the brand and their input is crucial in everything we do," Founder and CEO Ben Soffer said in the statement. "Nearly a year after launching this idea as an April Fools’ joke and continuing to get requests for a pickle flavor daily, we are thrilled to be teaming up with Claussen® to bring Pickle to life. Knowing that Claussen® also prioritizes high-quality and premium ingredients made them the perfect partner for this collaboration and we are so excited for everyone to try it!"

While plenty of fans were amped over the news, several others were decidedly...confused. "Is this April Fool's?" one person wrote, while another added, "Weird flex but okay."

"This is unhinged in the best way," another follower said on Instagram.
