Wendy's is in the process of bumping up its burger game by adding a new patty complete with an entirely new sauce and seasoned bun. According to Brand Eating, the fast food chain is currently testing a bacon- and mozzarella-topped burger before potentially adding it to the docket permanently.
if you're living in one of three cities—Seattle WA, Milwaukee, WI, and Harrisburg, PA—you can get your hands on the new menu item, which is slathered in Parmesan garlic cheese sauce before getting layered with three strips of applewood-smoked bacon, a thick slice of mozzarella cheese, spring mix, and red onion. The brioche bun is similar to the one that Wendy's bacon-bleu cheese burger sits on, but this one's is loaded with garlic. The cheese and cheese sauce, plus the garlic brioche, are all new to the chian and are not served nationwide.
