In case you're curious, Sweden's McSki — a McDonald's with an ordering window you can ski up to — is still thriving. You might be tempted to think it's all a hoax; just part of an ad the brand dreamed up in 2014, but YouTuber Johns Garage can attest it's real. Check it out:

Searches for the McSki have skyrocketed on Google, up 3,950 percent, according to the search engine. It's unclear why — the most recent search results pull up posts from 2017 — but it's safe to say that it's probably drumming up attention for its shock and awe factor (much like the abandoned floating McBarge). And from anyone who's dealt with this season's nonstop nor'easters — and is desperately seeking a way to get their Mickey D's fix despite all. That. Snow.

McDonald's is full of surprises. Whether unveiling the secret behind those straw-shaped McFlurry spoons, or mystifying customers with silver bun burgers, the chain keeps a light veil of mystery over us so we're never quite sure what little details to expect. But perhaps the craziest secret up old McDonald's sleeve is the various secret locations it's got hiding around the world. Remember the one on the abandoned barge? Well it turns out there's another even more insane location where you can ski-thru to order.

Affectionately called the McSki, this spot is located at the Swedish ski-resort of Lindvallen, about 200 miles north of Stockholm. And it is pretty much the cutest thing ever. At the end of a long day on the slopes, you can glide right up to the ski-thru entrance and order anything you like because the entire standard menu is available. All without taking off any of your gear or tracking snow into the restaurant. Grab your burger and fries and be on your way for another run.

If the coming months of seasonal treats weren't enough to make you wish winter were here, this should do the trick. Hell, it looks like something straight out of those Christmas Coca-Cola commercials—minus the expressive polar bears. Even though this is technically McDonald's only ski-thru location, as Mpora points out, there could always be a another hiding in the North Pole.
