As sales have slumped for McDonald's, it seems the brand has turned to customer requests to reinvigorate the brand—like bringing back all-day breakfast by popular demand and cutting ties with an abusive chicken supplier in response to complaints. Now the fast-food chain is rolling out an entirely organic burger. But you'll have to be in Germany to get your hands on it.

The first of its kind for the chain, this organic burger will only be served from October 1 to November 18. McDonald's is calling it the "McB" burger, which is made with organic beef sourced directly from farms in Germany and Austria. Reuters reports that in Germany, that "certified organic" label means the meat is derived from cattle that eat organically grown feed and/or graze on pastures not treated with chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

Wondering why the brand picked Duetschland for this buzzy, limited-edition burger? Apparently it's the company's top European market, with quarterly sales rising. Unsurprisingly, a U.S. spokesperson for the brand declined to comment on whether this organic patty would make it way Stateside—or even to any other markets. So don't get too excited just yet. Plus, we're still on the fence about whether buying organic is actually better than conventional.
