Happy First Day of Fall ... and National Ice Cream Cone Day, part two? Well, it's both big days at Sonic. The drive-in chain believed that celebrating the ice cream cone on one national food holiday (remember that amazing free treat day two months ago?) was definitely not enough. Plus, it seems the company is holding onto summertime with an extremely tight grip, so the restaurant decided to offer half-priced ice cream cones all day today.
Sonic's offering the special for ten different cone flavors, including Oreo & Cake, Banana Split, and Vanilla Birthday Cake. With those options, we won't judge if you decide to sample a few, especially since the deal lets you order two for the price of one (you could share with a friend...or not). And honestly, the only thing we love more than a good deal is having our ice cream cones delivered by a server on rollerskates.
But don't worry, fall-food lovers. All this festive, warm-weather eating will all be over soon. So you'll have plenty of time to indulge with the new Starbucks Toasted Graham Latte and the countless pumpkin-flavored goodies.
