Lululemon, the purveyor or crazily over-priced yoga pants and mats, is now brewing beer. That means in addition to becoming more zen, you can also get buzzed on your journey to inner peace and a slim(mer) bod.

Oddly named Curiosity Lager, the brand's craft suds are made and canned by Stanley Park Brewing in Vancouver, Canada. (I guess this proves that our Northern brethren are just as beer-obsessed as Americans.) While the beer is brewed with lemon-drop hops and the ingredients match the company's namesake, that definitely doesn't explain why a health brand is inserting itself on the booze scene. Nevertheless, the suds contain 4.6 percent alcohol, making it an approachable session beer.

According to CBC, cans will officially hit stores in Canada later this month—no doubt as a hype-builder for Lululemon's Seawheeze Half Marathon Festival on August 15.

Because the brand offers free yoga classes at many of its stores in both Canada and the U.S., all I can picture is a studio full of yogis sipping suds through crazy straws while in Downward Dog. 🍺🙏

But maybe I shouldn't judge: The boozing could help us get loose and try one of these insane new yoga styles—you know, like Naked Yoga or Ganja Yoga. Alternatively, this could just be some wacky ploy to get more dudes into the chakra-aligning workout. Because the brand apparently thinks beer can sub in for yoga pants ... Wait, what? Go home, Lululemon, you're drunk.
