A Tinton Falls, New Jersey, restaurant is fed up. Nettie's House of Spaghetti, which describes itself as a "red sauce joint serving elevated nostalgia," has had it with "crazy messes" and kids running around their restaurant. As a result, they've decided to ban children under 10 years old starting next month.

Nettie's made the announcement on its social media accounts last week, and their post has since made the rounds on the internet.

"We love kids. We really, truly, do. But lately, it’s been extremely challenging to accommodate children at Nettie’s. Between noise levels, lack of space for high chairs, cleaning up crazy messes, and the liability of kids running around the restaurant, we have decided that it’s time to take control of the situation. This wasn’t a decision that was made lightly, but some recent events have pushed us to implement this new policy," the announcement read.

They added that the new policy will likely upset a number of people, but they "believe this is the right decision for our business moving forward."

While some commenters are upset by the restaurant's decision, Nettie's has received a great deal of support. In fact, some of their supporters are even parents of young children.

"About a half dozen people have sent me this post in the last 24 hours expecting me to be outraged because: 1) Nettie’s is our favorite restaurant 2) We have a 3 year old daughter. I’m definitely not outraged and agree with Nettie’s 1000%. We’ve never even considered taking our toddler to Nettie’s - we want to enjoy our fng dinner, need a breather, and assume everyone else there feels the same," user @minnie.castevet wrote under Nettie's Instagram post.

On the plus side, at least this ban is better than a "screaming children surcharge."
