The martini just got a whole lot cheesier with the announcement of Velveeta's new Veltini cocktail. And yes, there is actual cheese product in the drink—lots of it.

The Veltini is crafted using Velveeta-infused vodka, olive brine, and vermouth. It's then garnished with Velveeta-stuffed olives and Velveeta shells and cheese, with cheese sauce around the rim.

Invented to pay homage to golden hour, the hours between 5 and 8 p.m. when the sun is soft, the Veltini will be served exclusively at BLT restaurants. You can find one at BLT Steak New York, BLT Steak Washington, D.C., BLT Steak Charlotte, BLT Prime New York, or The Florentine in Chicago. The cocktail will be available for $15.

If you're unable to visit a participating BLT location but want to make a Veltini at home, you're in luck. Velveeta has partnered with Goldbelly to sell kits that include everything you need to make a Veltini. In the $50 kit, you'll find Velveeta cheese sauce to infuse your vodka, a golden shaker for shaking in style, and other Veltini necessities.

“As we look to summer, one of life’s greatest pleasures is enjoying summer sips during golden hour,” said Kelsey Rice, Senior Brand Communications Manager for Velveeta, in a statement. “We wanted to find a way to elevate this experience for our fans even further, by bringing the rich, creamy goodness of Velveeta to a martini in a unique and unexpected way for the ultimate outrageous pleasure.”
