Foodies, rejoice! We can all get a little bit excited when a new food show drops on one of the streaming services. But when it’s a new season of one we already love, it’s even better.

Hulu just announced it will be releasing a ‘Taste the Nation’ holiday season. The four episodes will premiere starting Thursday, November 4 and will follow the original season’s footprint by diving into the holiday traditions of immigrant cultures across the U.S.

In the first season, we tagged along as Padma Lakshmi, the show’s host, explored immigrant food cultures across America and how it has shaped what we know as American food. It’s a story about food, but also about history and people.

The four-part holiday season will do the same, but with the holidays in mind. Hulu dropped a video highlighting all of its foodie releases coming this fall, with the shows' stars talking about each. In the teaser video, Lakshmi said the 'Taste the Nation' specials will “highlight unique traditions through the lens of a different culture and a different city.” Think Korean New Year in Los Angeles or Cuban Christmas in Miami, both of which she teased.

Hulu is also releasing two more food shows. David Chang will host a futuristic food series that focuses on “the seismic changes that lay ahead for food,” he said. ‘The Next Thing You Eat,’ coming out October 21, will cover “everything from robots to lab-grown meat and fish to insect farms and artificial intelligence calling all the shots.”

There’s also a new baking competition show with home bakers and professionals battling it out that drops on October 7, hosted by former White House Executive Pastry Chef Bill Yosses and Tamera Mowry.

This fall is going to be delicious.
