If you're like us, then you've probably already binged all the best food shows on TV. You're all caught up on Top Chef (the next season premieres March 3!!), The Great British Baking Show is over, and you've basically exhausted the entire Netflix food documentary category.

Lucky for us, The HISTORY Channel's The Food That Built America is back for season three on Sunday, February 27 at 9 p.m. EST. (Full disclosure: Our editorial director Jo Saltz makes an appearance in a bunch of episodes this forthcoming season!) And if you haven't seen the first two seasons, this gives you plenty of time to binge them—more on how to do that later.

The show focuses on the origin stories behind the iconic brands we know and love, ranging from pizza chains to the candies you probably have in your pantry as we speak. It features reenactments and expert commentary about the history of America's favorite foods, so you can learn some fun new facts to throw around at the dinner table or keep in your back pocket for your next trivia night.

Here's everything you should know about the show:

  1. Season three, much like the previous seasons, will focus on the history of some of the most beloved food brands of all time and the people behind them, like Orville Redenbacher and Debbi Fields.
  2. You can catch up on the first two seasons by streaming it on Hulu. The first season you can watch now, and the second season will be available to stream in full on February 15.
  3. Season three will feature 19 one-hour episodes.
  4. The series includes commentary by some top food experts who will dive into how we got soft serve (hello, Tom Carvel), why we can partially thank Marvin Gaye for Famous Amos cookies, and the origins of Benihana.
  5. Adam Richman, who is in The Food That Built America, will also be hosting Adam Eats the 80s, a show focused on the iconic food from his childhood. You can watch that right after The Food That Built America at 10 p.m. EST.
  6. Adam got his start in the food media industry as a competitive eater but has since retired from competitions. He last competed in 2012!
  7. For the first two seasons, the show had an accompanying podcast with the same title, available wherever you prefer to listen to podcasts. We hope this will continue with season three!
  8. You’ll learn a lot about how popular food brands got their names. Hint: Many of them are named after their inventors.
  9. You can watch a preview of the series here.

The Food That Built America premieres on Sunday, February 27 at 9 p.m. EST. and every Sunday after that at the same time.
