Princess Eugenie is now a mom! The royal and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, welcomed a son this morning, marking their first child together.

Buckingham Palace announced that the baby boy was born, weighing eight pounds and one ounce, at 8:55 a.m. local time at London's Portland Hospital. We still don't know the newborn's name yet. However, Eugenie shared a sweet glimpse of her child with an Instagram post of her and Brooksbank holding his tiny hand.

"The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Duke of York, Sarah, Duchess of York, and Mr and Mrs George Brooksbank have been informed and are delighted with the news," Buckingham Palace stated.

This marks the ninth great-grandchild for the queen and Prince Philip and the first grandchild for Eugenie's parents, Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, and Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York. Eugenie and her child "are both doing well," per the palace.

Eugenie announced her pregnancy in September 2020, revealing that her and Brooksbank's child would be due in early 2021. They shared the news with a photo of a sweet pair of baby slippers.

Since then, the 30-year-old royal had been spotted around town sporting classic, effortless maternity style. One of her standout looks included a tailored coat, a dress, and boots.

Eugenie and Brooksbank tied the knot with a royal wedding in October 2018 at St. George's Chapel in Windsor. Just a few months ago, the princess shared an Instagram tribute to her hubby to honor their two-year anniversary. "Been the best 2 years married to you and 10 years with you in total.. happy memories always my dear Jack," she wrote.

Congratulations to the new parents!
