If you’re an avid Sour Patch Kids eater, you probably have strong feelings towards the Watermelon variety. For those who prefer them over the regular Kids, this news is going to be especially exciting: There’s a new Sour Patch Kids Watermelon Ice Cream in the freezer aisle.
The frozen treat consists of vanilla light ice cream and a lemon sorbet with a watermelon swirl and Sour Patch Kids Watermelon Bitz, aka actual pieces of the candy. Between the ice cream and sorbet flavors, this sounds like the kind of cool bite we’d want when we’re sweating our butts off this summer.
Sour Patch Kids hasn’t made an announcement about this new 1.5-quart size, but it was listed on Walmart’s website 6 days ago. According to the locator, it says that it has arrived in stores, but that might not be the case at all locations yet. The best you can do is keep your eye on the freezer section until we know its availability for sure.
As much as we’re loving all of the winter-ready treats, like the Duncan Hines Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Cake Mix, we’d be lying if we said that these kinds of warm weather-approved offerings weren’t getting us excited.
