Hershey’s first released Kit Kat Pumpkin Pie in 2017, but they were only available in a very limited market. They were brought back in 2019, and this time, they were in stores nationwide. Halloween must be near, because Hershey’s is officially bringing back the fall-ready candy.
If you didn’t get to try the Kit Kat Pumpkin Pie candy the first two times around (or you just need a refresher), the classic wafers are dipped in an pumpkin pie-flavored crème. Of course, the crème is orange, so there’s no wondering what you’re biting into.
You might notice that the packaging got a makeover this year. Instead of the Kit Kat pieces with sunglasses, along with slices of pumpkin pie, the bag is orange and covered in pumpkins and leaves. Best Products received a bag of this year’s pumpkin pie-flavored Kit Kats, and you can expect the same seasonal flavor with just a little different packaging.
Consider the candy aisle officially calling your name, because Kit Kat’s Pumpkin Pie flavor will begin popping up in stores nationwide in July, a Hershey’s rep confirmed. The limited-edition candy comes individually wrapped, so it’s a must-have for the trick-or-treating bowl, and comes in a 9.7-ounce bag ($3.79).
We don’t care if it’s the middle of summer — if the Halloween candy is rolling out on shelves, we’re embracing the spooky season!
