There are surely some restaurants you miss going to eat at by now. Shake Shack has to be one of those places, and while it tries to open up some locations as safely as possible, its menus might look a little different.

One of the main issues that Shake Shack faced at the beginning of the pandemic is that the beloved chain does not have a drive-thru window. That means dining rooms had to close down and they weren't able to serve as many people since many were turning to drive-thru and delivery options.

Now, as dining rooms start to open up with new guidelines, Shake Shack is making some changes to ensure everything runs smoothly. For one, the menu will be limited and won't include some of their fun items like Chicago-style hot dogs and Chick'n bites. For the most part, limited-time offers will also be put off to make service easier and more efficient.

Nation's Restaurant News did report that Shake Shack is testing out a veggie burger in a New York City store as well as one in New Jersey. Even if some menus are shorter, the company will continue to create new recipes in their test kitchens so they can roll out new items in the future. In the meantime, if Shake Shacks near you aren't open just yet, you can make their cheesy sauce at home.
