During this time of social isolation, it's been interesting to see how many people in our lives have kept themselves busy and just generally coped. And since I consider John Legend and Chrissy Teigen very much "in my life," it was super refreshing to hear that, yes, even they have had some "intense" times in quarantine and learned some lessons along the way.

In a Zoom concert for his new album Bigger Love (words I never thought I'd type before 2020), John said that he and Chrissy didn't learn too much about each other in quarantine, but according to BuzzFeed, they did learn a lot about parenting their two children, Luna and Miles.

"We have spent long stretches of time together," he said: "We had long stretches where we didn't talk before so I don't think we've learned a lot about each other, but we have learned a lot about parenting."

He said that it's a "challenge" to co-parent right now, but that ultimately it's been good for them. "It's a more intense parenting experience than we've ever had," he said. "It's made us stronger and brought us together."

Because he and Chrissy are spending so much time together and with their kids, John also told Metro that he's loved hanging out with Luna and seeing how "emotionally intelligent" she is.

"She’s just an emotionally intelligent girl and very empathetic and kind, funny and I love hanging out with her," he said. "She’s just an awesome little girl."
