Fruit snacks are in a food league all of their own with Welch's being at the top of the list. Welch's fruit snacks offer variety, generously filled bags, and flavors that you just can't find in most other brands. Now, though, the brand is taking things up a notch and offering "Juicefuls" fruit snacks, which are pretty much grown-up Gushers and I am SO here for it.
Bags of Welch's Juicefuls come in two flavor varieties exclusive to 7-Eleven as of right now. You can choose between Berry Blast and Island Splash, which are familiar offerings for those who know the original Welch's fruit snacks. Although individual packs of Berry Blast and Island Splash Juicefuls are exclusive to 7-Eleven, you can find boxes of the fruit snacks at some grocery stores like H-E-B or online through Instacart in certain areas.
Just like Gushers, these snacks are chewy gummies on the outside with a fruity liquid filling. According to the ingredient list, Welch's uses real fruit purée for the filling. Berry Blast includes flavors like blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, and cherry, with each snack shaped like its corresponding fruit flavor. Island Splash includes kiwi, pineapple, mango, strawberry, and passion fruit.
Instagram account @foodiewiththebeasts picked up both flavors from their local 7-Eleven, and said while the concept is similar to the beloved Gushers snack of our childhood, the taste is so much better. "They don't stick to your teeth, and are filled with so much flavor," they wrote. Not that I needed more convincing, but I'm officially sold. See you soon, 7-Eleven!
