And if you love Aldi as much as I do, you know that's juuuust about the longest they'll wait to drop something new...which brings us here to a new gem I spotted on social media. Ladies and gentlemen, please meet the Jell-O Play Beach Dessert Kit.
Each kit comes with Jell-O vanilla pudding mix, which you layer into a clear cup with graham cracker crumbs that look like real sand and adorable assorted sea animal gummies that kids can play with while they eat. These kits were spotted by Instagrammer @AldiFavoriteFinds for $2.89 at Aldi, but one commenter also reported finding them at their local Dollar Tree.
Wherever you pick one up, they seem to appropriate for all ages, with one mom writing that she had not only assembled a kit with her toddler but also her teen. According to Aldi's website, these kits are a "seasonal item." So you'll have to pick one up while you still can, because summer will be gone in a flash.
This cool treat follows several great desserts recently spotted at Aldi. Belmont Cookies & Cream Scrumptious Dessert Bars serve up "chocolate creamy goodness." Soon after it released five-ounce bags of Clancy's Birthday Cake Popcorn, which consist of birthday cake flavor drizzled kettle corn with sprinkles. Either is the perfect snack for anyone who doesn't want a whole slice of cake.
