Food chains have been coming together over the last few months to continue to serve their communities during the COVID-19 crisis. Many are taking it a step further by offering deals and discounts to frontline and healthcare workers as a way to show their appreciation, and Krispy Kreme is one of those places.

Krispy Kreme started giving out dozens of donuts to healthcare workers every Monday starting March 26. The promotion was meant to only last for two months and end during National Nurse's Week, but because of the constant work still being put in by healthcare providers, the donut chain has decided to continue serving them through a similar offer.

In an Instagram posted today, Krispy Kreme announced that they will now offer medical workers $1 original glazed dozens with the purchase of any full-prized dozen. This deal will happen every single Monday through the summer until Labor Day, September 7.

"As you continue your amazing work, we wanted to find a way to show our appreciation all summer long. So, we are extending a new offer to the healthcare community," they said in the Instagram caption.

This deal can be redeemed by just flashing a proper medical ID, so you can bring a two-dozen donut breakfast or a midday pick-me-up to those working right alongside with you on the frontlines. The offer is only available at Krispy Kreme locations in the United States and you can only redeem up to four $1 dozens.
