Guy Fieri has certainly gotten creative when it comes to his initiatives to help restaurant workers affected by the COVID-19 outbreak and his latest endeavor might be our favorite one yet. He's facing off against comedian Bill Murray in a nacho-making showdown...yes, nachos.

Both dudes are participating in a "Nacho Average Showdown," a live event which benefits the Restaurant Employee Relief Fund, created by Guy, which aims to give $500 checks to laid off restaurant employees that can be used toward housing, transportation, utilities, and more.

The showdown will not only feature Guy and Bill, but also their respective sons Hunter Fieri and Homer Murray, the latter of whom is a chef and restauranteur competing to create their own spin on the perfect nachos. Basically expect delicious food and hilarious moments, because, well, it's these guys! We love these guys.

Not only are all of those updates truly SO exciting, the event will ALSO be hosted by Terry Crews and Shaquille O'Neal AND Food Network host Carla Hall will emcee. WOW! It's also sponsored by Tostitos, because DUH! Nachos, guys!

"The 'Nacho Average Showdown' is all about generating awareness and financial relief for the restaurant workers across the nation who are hurting and out of work," said Frito-Lay North America's SVP of marketing Marissa Solis in a release: "Tostitos and PepsiCo are proud to put our support behind this cause and are so grateful for partners like Guy and Bill for helping make this event a success."

You'll have the opportunity to donate throughout the event OR you could just donate right now here! The showdown will happen live on the Food Network Facebook page Friday at 5 p.m. ET.
