We bring it up a lot, but I still don't think we quite give quite enough praise to our good friend cauliflower. Not only is it simply one of the more delicious vegetables (turnips could never!), but it is somehow able to be swapped in for, like, any starch to make something delicious and lower-carb. Case in point: ALDI's new pizza bites made with a cauliflower crust.

These look like your typical freezer section pizza treat, but with a healthier twist. They were spotted by Instagrammer @theamazingaldi and as soon as you see them, you're going to want to take them home and stuff them in your freezer.

The rolls come in two different varieties: uncured pepperoni, filled with mozzarella and tomato sauce, and yes, pepperoni, and three-cheese, which is filled with sauce, mozzarella, provolone, and romano cheeses. All of this, in both cases, is wrapped up in a delicious cauliflower crust pillow and each version contains seven grams of protein.

People clearly went bonkers for these in the comments, and can you blame them?

"Please buy for me!!!!" one person wrote. "These look bomb and made with cauliflower crust," another said.

While we don't know the exact nutrition facts on these guys, things that are made with cauliflower tend to be lower in carbs, so be sure to check out the stats out if you're on that type of journey. Also, it's worth noting they're gluten-free, so that's fun! You can pick these up at your local ALDI for about $4.99 for the easiest snack ever.
