Häagen-Dazs made us rethink boxes of chocolate as our Valentine's Day go-to when it released Ruby Cacao Bars earlier this year. Vanilla ice cream dipped into a picture-perfect ruby cacao shell really got us used to the idea of eating Häagen-Dazs by the bar instead of by the pint.

While those beautiful bars are sadly available for a limited time only, the ice cream maker just announced an even more innovative product, which isn't likely to leave store shelves anytime soon. Its new line of Soft Dipped Bars features Häagen-Dazs ice cream covered in a soft chocolate truffle coating. The coating is so smooth that it won't make a cracking sound when you sink your into it. Now that's soft.

There are three flavors to choose from when you hit the freezer aisle. Soft Dipped Vanilla has vanilla ice cream, Soft Dipped Chocolate has chocolate ice cream, and Soft Dipped Caramel has caramel ice cream with an added caramel swirl. Like the Ruby Cacao Bars, the new Soft-Dipped Bars will come in packs of three for $4.49. They'll hit stores nationwide this April, a PR rep confirmed to Delish.

If bars aren't your thing, you can instead indulge in the ice cream brand's boozy Spirits Collection. Summer came early when Häagen-Dazs recently confirmed the rumors that its long-rumored Rosé & Cream flavor was a reality. You can also choose to dive face first into a carton of its sibling: Whiskey Hazelnut Latte.
