Swiss Miss is coming out with a white chocolate cocoa and non-dairy chocolate cocoa so everyone can enjoy a mug the next time it snows.
The non-dairy hot chocolate is a saving grace for all of our lactose intolerant or dairy-free friends. They won't have to pop a Lactaid before bundling up with their mugs! Each box will come with six envelopes and will go for right around $4. IDK about you, but my family loves to stock up on our hot beverages all year round, so once you see these pouches on shelves there's no shame in picking up two or three of them.
Now the white chocolate flavor is also a great flavor addition because believe it or not, there are people who lean more toward #TeamWhiteChocolate. This new Swiss Miss flavor will give those people the drink they've been needing all along.
I would also think that a warm white hot chocolate with marshmallows on top reaches a new level of indulgence that I would obsess over. Better yet, white hot chocolate with Lucky Charms marshmallows in it?! Marvelous. Brilliant. Genius. These boxes will have eight envelopes in them and will cost you about $3.
As good as these flavors sound, we do have to be a little patient as they are both set to roll out in stores around June. It's OK, though—we can still drink the traditional Swiss Miss chocolate flavor as we please, because you don't ever have to mess with the classics.
