Sauces can really make or break an entire meal—it's practically science. Each food calls for a different sort of condiment, which can lead to a lot of DIY mixing, trying to find the perfect ratio, and then attempting to duplicate the same formula the next time around. That's why Heinz making Mayoracha sauce (mayonnaise + sriracha) is about to make getting lost in the sauce a breeze.
A mock-up photo of what the Mayoracha bottles could look like was posted on @candyhunting's Instagram page. To be sure, I did a quick search and found the trademark filing for the name "Mayoracha" made by H.J. Heinz Company Brands LLC.
The process for filing this trademark started in 2019, but it looks like it was recently approved. This is good news because it means this lovely, saucy collab could be coming to grocery stores relatively soon. It's also worth saying that the trademark filing does specifically name sriracha hot chili sauce and mayonnaise in it, so this sauce is going to be the exact combo the name suggests.
This isn't the first time Heinz combined two crowd-favorite sauces into one bottle. There's already Mayochup (mayo + ketchup), Mayomust (mayo + mustard), Mayocue (mayo + barbecue), and Kranch (ketchup + ranch). It's only logical that the next sauce to join this line has a bit of spice like sriracha. As someone who mixes mayo, ketchup, and sriracha all together on the reg, I am PUMPED for Mayoracha to hit shelves. Doesn't it have a nice ring to it?
