Pizza delivery is great and all, but sometimes you just need that fluffy crust and the ease of a frozen pizza like DiGiorno. DiGiorno wants to add to the excitement of Super Bowl Sunday by offering free pizza under one condition: the score.
February 2 is the Super Bowl but you already knew that. Well, March 14 is National Pi Day which is important because if the score of the game at any point is 3-14 (just like the number pi, 3.14) this free pizza deal will be available.
If at any time during the game the score is 3-14 or 14-3, DiGiorno will tweet out a link from its Twitter account that will open up the floodgates of potential free pizza. Through the link, you'll be able to register for a coupon that will get you free pizza. The catch is that the free pizza coupon only works on Pi Day, March 14. Also, the link will only be live as long as the 3-14 score stays, so you have to claim your free pies before any more points are earned!
It may seem like a lot of rules, but it actually sounds like quite the adrenaline rush. I'm sure being on the field is only a little bit more nerve-wracking as clicking a link to get free pizza coupons in time. No matter which team you're rooting for, you can celebrate if the score hits 3-14 because while sports teams may be divisive, a love for pizza unites us all.
