Late night talk shows are the place where celebs give us a peek at what goes on when the cameras aren't rolling. The stars of Schitt's Creek paid a visit to The Tonight Show to show us how well they know each other and also talk about the only fight the cast has ever had. What was the fight about, you ask? Pizza.
You might know them as the Rose family, but Eugene Levy, Dan Levy, Catherine O'Hara, and Annie Murphy are just as funny as their characters IRL. They're also just as close as an actual family, which, after six seasons together, makes total sense.
During a portion of their appearance on The Tonight Show Jimmy Fallon had all four of them play a game together called "Know Your Schitt's Creek" where one of them wore headphones while the others answered a question about that person. Then, they'd see if their answers matched up.
The questions about Eugene, Catherine, and Dan were a breeze for the group and they needed virtually zero deliberation time to come up with an answer. When it got to the last question about Annie, things got a little more challenging.
Jimmy asked the other three what the biggest fight Annie had ever gotten in on set and they were stumped. They couldn't think of anything claiming she was just a "lovely, Canadian girl" (Catherine's words, not mine). All three of them could not think of a single worthwhile fight between Annie and anyone, but when she took off the headphones and answered for herself things got JUICY.
Jimmy asked Annie the question, and she didn't hesitate at all before starting, "Oh! It was with Dan, my buddy old pal, and it was about pizza." Dan's jaw was practically on the floor while she continued.
"Do you not remember this? We got into a heated argument about which dirty fast food pizza is the best and you got so upset that you ordered five different pizzas from five different places and made us have a taste test at lunch."
Halfway through her story Dan's face changes from confused to guilty and his only response to her story, mid-laugh, was "That is accurate."
Now I'm left wondering which pizza Schitt's Creek cast liked the best? Pizza Hut? Domino's? Papa John's? I need answers.
