Jenna Jameson has been super candid about her keto lifestyle on Instagram in the past few weeks. After a break from the diet she told her followers that she was back on track, and she took to Instagram on Saturday to say her goal is to lose 30 pounds in the new year by following keto.

"Here's my jumping off point back into #keto," she starts off. Then she goes into some of the foods that are her go-to keto snacks. "I got my trusty arugula salad, garlic spread, sliced pastrami, Persian cucumbers and zucchini noodles and some grass fed butter," she wrote.

Jenna also pairs her keto eating habits with intermittent fasting, but she said in her post that getting back on track with that has been a challenge, she said: "I’m ravenous because I’ve truly been eating everything and anything."

Jenna shared what she does with those "trusty" groceries of hers in a now expired Instagram story. According to PEOPLE, she chops up pastrami and tosses it into an arugula salad with some garlic spread. Jenna also posts a ton of story highlights on her Instagram profile, where she shows her followers some of the keto-friendly recipes she loves to make at home.

After living her "best carby life" for a little bit back in December, it looks like Jenna is ready to take on the challenge and get back into the groove of the keto and intermittent fasting combo that has worked for her in the past. She has been posting about her experience with keto for a while now, including how she lost 60 pounds with the diet after the birth of her daughter.
