Gwyneth Paltrow came out of semi-retirement from acting to film the critically-acclaimed show The Politician on Netflix, and the fruits of her labor paid off with a Golden Globe nomination for the series, which she also executive produced. I mean, GP DOES IT ALL.

After talking about her side hustle on the red carpet, E! host Ryan Seacrest took the conversation back to her day job: lifestyle guru and cookbook author. (ICYMI: When a viewer called into question Gwyn's culinary skills during an Instagram Live sesh earlier this year, the queen famously infamously fired back: "Yes I f*cking cook. God D*mmit, you think I would write cookbooks if I didn't cook?")

And so on this Golden Globes Sunday, Seacrest was all of us when he asked GP for her no-nonsense advice for healthy snacking. And it turns out that even though the creator of Goop, which somewhat pretentious reputation, eats "pretty regular stuff." Major respect.

"I mean, pretty regular stuff," Gwyn told Seacrest. "I have two teenagers, so they — you know, I try to get the healthier version of the things.

"You can do that with chocolate, you can do that with chips, you can do it with all that that stuff," Seacrest chimed in.

"Have you ever these Siete ..." GP asked, referencing her favorite grain-free tortilla chips made with avocado oil, which you can buy at Target.

"Omigod, I'm obsessed with Siete," he responded. "They also make salsa, and they make dips, as well. I like the lime-flavored Sietes."

"I like the Fuego," Gwyn, the author of not one but four cookbooks, added.

"And I met the woman who found Siete," Seacrest continued. "The family — they're incredible. Anyway, check it out. It's chips with no guilt."

This isn't the first time that GP has revealed she craves the same foods as us. In the run-up to her wedding, the famed health nut traded in kale and kombucha for whiskey and French fries.

"I was really like French fries and whiskey right up to the day," she revealed, before adding: It’s the new Goop way, OK?”
