It's been rumored for a while now that Drake and Future will be putting out new music together soon. Now that news is just short of being confirmed since the two were seen filming what is thought to be a new music video in a fast food restaurant over the weekend.
Photographer Dwight Elder posted a photo of the two rappers wearing fast food uniforms, and they're accompanied by 21 Savage, Mike Will Made It, and Big Bank. It's not quite clear if they are all just there for filming or are a part of the music collaboration as well.
According to Hype Beast, there was a casting call for a music video that was going to be filmed in Atlanta. Many seem to think this could be a follow up project to Drake and Future's wildly successful 2015 mixtape What A Time To Be Alive, but nothing is for sure just yet.
The two were spotted dressed as fast food employees, and the casting call for the music video asked for actors to play kitchen staff and patrons, Hot New Hip Hop reported. The Shade Room, a popular Instagram page and viral news site, reposted a video from someone who was at the video shoot.
Drake and Future can be seen wearing red polo shirts, aprons, and visors similar to a Wendy's uniform. The restaurant in the video looks like any fast food chain—the logos don't seem to be anything recognizable. The caption explained Future was taking orders and Drake was the one filling them.
Future is smiling in the video, so maybe he's really enjoying himself. Maybe he just has a great customer service face? There's no telling when this latest project will be dropped, but this is one hell of an indication 2020 is about to be a good year for music. What a time to be alive!
