Kanye West has been promoting the upcoming release of his new album Jesus Is King: A Kanye West Experience by hosting listening parties across the US. Quickly though, one song began to stand out to many listeners because, um, it's basically all about Chick-fil-A?

One of the songs off the album, is apparently called Closed On Sunday, which, if you're a Chick-fil-A fan, you'll know is like one of the most defining things about it. If that wasn't enough, Kanye goes and straight-up name drops the chicken chain in the hook of the song: "Closed on Sunday, you my Chick-fil-A."

He even begins the song with the lyrics: "Closed on Sunday, you my Chick-fil-A. Closed on Sunday, you my Chick-fil-A. Hold the selfies, put the ’Gram [Instagram] away. Get your family, y’all hold hands and pray."

This was kind of surprising considering Kanye has been well-documented in his love of another fast-food chain, McDonald's, as Business Insider pointed out.

Kanye's Chick-fil-A name drop has been met with some pretty mixed responses from fans. Some apparently caught on so quickly that when he played the song for a second time at one performance, they already knew the hook, but others questioned why he was appearing to support a company that donated $1.8 million to anti-LGBTQ groups in recent years. Chick-fil-A did not immediately respond to a request for comment about being mentioned in the song.

It's not exactly clear when Kanye's album will drop, as it was expected to drop on September 29, but was not released, according to Esquire. But, a film of the same name has a release date of October 25, so if you're clamoring to hear the song for yourself, that may be your best bet.
