Chicken Alfredo is an objectively good food. Put that good food in a bowl made of pizza crust and you may just have a perfect food. That, my friends, is why Olive Garden's new Chicken Alfredo Pizza Bowl is just so darn exciting.
The bowl is made up of crispy bowl made up pizza crust, that's then filled with grilled chicken, Alfredo sauce and a blend of Italian cheeses. No, there is no pasta to be found in this here bowl, but still plenty of carbs to go around.
When Delish's Julia Tries Everything gave this one a go, she compared it to a pot pie and said that if you love lots of sauce and cheese (or soup!), you'll be a fan of this one. Think of it like the Olive Garden version of a bread bowl. It's basically built for dunking. She also called it "pure comfort food," so be ready for a reaaaaallly filling meal.
The bowl is a part of Olive Garden's lunch specials and will run you about $8.99 depending on your location. This, of course comes with soup, salad, and breadsticks so you may even end up bringing some food home if you try to conquer this meal for lunch.
If Chicken Alfredo isn't your style, the pizza bowl also comes in a Meatball variety, that also looks amazing. Let's be honest, you really can't go wrong with a bowl made of pizza crust.
