Later this month, Disney World is expected to open yet another delectable and Insta-worthy dessert experience. But this time, it'll be on wheels. According to The Disney Food Blog, a cookie dough food truck called Cookie Dough And Everything Sweet is coming to the Disney Springs food and shopping center.

Parked on the westside of Disney Springs alongside a few other food trucks, Cookie Dough and Everything Sweet will only feature five menu items. First, there are the Springs Candy and Minnie Mouse Tacos. Yes, you have not one, but two fantastic taco options to choose from, and they're both served in a waffle-like shell.

The Springs Candy Taco features turquoise "candy monster" cookie dough that's topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, sprinkles and, of course, a maraschino cherry. The red Minnie Mouse Taco, on the other hand, has "peanut butter fluff cookie dough" (?!), and features a chocolate Minnie bow on top.

If you're looking for more of an icy treat, turn to none other than the Celebration Parfait. It's got "Celebration Cookie Dough with Celebration Mickey Cake," plus vanilla custard, and, dare I say, almost too many sprinkles? All in all, it just looks like a good time.

Next is the Mickey Funnel Cake, which is definitely a new twist on your classic carnival treat. Why? Because you can have the cookie dough topping shaped like Mickey.

Last but not least, we have the Cookie Dough Cups and Cones. And while it's not uncommon to see edible cookie dough these days, some of the food truck's flavors are definitely one-of-a-kind. What does "peanut butter fluff" or "celebration" or "candy monster" taste like? And since when is cold brew cookie dough a thing?

We really need to investigate, people, so if you could head down to Disney World later this month and tell us what's going on, it'd be much appreciated. Thanks.
