It's almost that time of year—in a few weeks time, if not sooner, pumpkin spice everything will start taking over grocery stores, coffee shops, and bakeries. But for anyone who's not so into adding the sweet flavor to their coffee, Panera Bread is launching a cinnamon-filled menu for fall to balance out alllll those PSLs.
Rolling out at Panera Bread locations nationwide beginning September 9, the seasonal menu features two drinks and two desserts. There's a Cinnamon Spice Cold Brew made with cold brew, half and half, and cinnamon syrup served over ice—ideal for anyone who's team iced-coffee-all-year. For hot coffee fans, there's a Cinnamon Spice Latte made with espresso, foamed milk, and cinnamon flavor. It comes with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top (@Pam Beesly, where you at?).
Over in the bakery section, you can order an Apple Pie Thumbprint Cookie or Cinnamon Apple Scone during the fall. We loveee a good thumbprint cookie (here are 10+ recipes to try at home!), so I'm personally v pumped to try that one. The almond butter cookie has cinnamon apple filling in the middle and powdered sugar dusted on top.
As for the scone, it's made with apple cinnamon filling and has cinnamon crunch and salted caramel icing on top—a.k.a., it's basically a caramel apple your teeth won't absolutely hate you for. Are you excited for fall or are you excited for fall?!
