By now, you've probably heard a thing or two about Beyoncé's pre-Coachella, post-birth diet. And if you haven't, why have you not watched Homecoming yet?! Either way, Queen Bey just released a new video called "Beyoncé - 22 Days Nutrition" that gives an even more personal look into her weight loss and the man who helped her through it, trainer, exercise physiologist, and author Marco Borges.

When I say personal, I mean PERSONAL. She lived out pretty much everyone's worst nightmare and stepped on a scale for the entire world—or at least, whoever watches this video, which in her case is roughly the same thing—to see. "This is my weight. 175. Long way to go," you hear her say as she steps on the scale. "Let's get it."

The video goes on to share some more specifics from her plan: She completed the 22 Days Nutrition program twice in the lead-up to Coachella, eating a 100 percent plant-based diet during those 44 days. As her trainer Marco shares with Beyoncé and her dancers (it's unclear if they followed the plan too), a plant-based diet is about "eliminating all the overly processed foods that don't do us any good anyways." Per Marco, a plant-based diet will help improve your energy, sleep, complexion, and mood. As for the name, the idea is that it takes 21 days to break a habit. Maybe Bey passed on the wisdom to Kim K, another recent vegan convert?

Another interesting tidbit came when Beyoncé described the difference between actually dropping weight and feeling stage-ready again. "Me getting the weight off was so much easier than getting back in shape and my body feeling comfortable," she said. You see! It's not entirely about a number!

The last thing to note here is that Marco seems very kind and supportive throughout the whole thing, but especially when he legit cheers for her (ahem, @Jay Z) when she fit back into her Wonder Woman costume again. Love it!!
